To ensure that your audio and video sync is accurate, there are a few of things to check.

1. Make sure that you have selected ‘key alignment’ or set your ‘keyframes aligned’ to an interval of 2 seconds (60 frames) in your encoder.

2. Check what the input video into your encoder is and make sure that it’s lined up with what your video actually is. If that is correct, try matching your output video frame rate to your input frame rate to the same.

3. Check your encoder’s performance. Do you see any dropped frames or is the CPU peaking over 70-80%? If so, your encoder is not encoding the video well enough and is causing the stream to skip intermittently.
