There are two different kinds of user accounts that can be created for your Stream Monkey log in. The categories are listed as General or Billing. General users will have access to everything in the account, while Billing users will only have access to billing information, receipts, and analytics.
You can create a new log in for your account by going to the Account section in the menu on left of your screen. This will take you to your account settings. You can manage your users by clicking on the Users tab.
Click on the More button at the top left of your screen, and hit Add User.
It will ask you to put in the new user's name and email address, and to choose which type of user you would like for them to be.
After you save this information, they will show up in your account as an authorized user, and it will tell you when they last logged in. You will also have the option to remove them from your account.
The new user will receive an email asking them to verify their email address that looks like this:
Once they verify their email, they can log in and create a password. Then they should be all ready to go!
