All invoices will be emailed to the email address we have set up in our billing software (usually the email with which you signed up). If you'd like them sent to a different email, please contact us and we'd be happy to change it for you.
You can check your past invoice receipts on your Stream Monkey dashboard. Click on the Account section in the menu on the left side of your screen, select the billing tab, and you can see a list of past payments by credit card.
If you usually pay by check, reach out to one of our reps and they'd be happy to email you any past invoices that you need.
