The file is transcoded into multiple bit rates when you upload it to the platform. Pro and Pro+ plans will have the quality that is uploaded, plus one lower bitrate. Premium plan allows for more bitrates. Whatever your file is uploaded and transcoded as, it will play with those same multiple bit rates through the simlive stream.
